Single screw extruder and twin screw extruder work together to provide effective modification for film recycling applications, including BOPP film and PE films.

Single screw extruders with cutter compactor can recycle PP and PE films in one machine. After materials are melted, degassed, and filtered, they proceed to the second stage twin screw extruder for further extrusion and modification. This system allows for the addition of various additives including filling additives (CaCO₃, TiO₂), reinforcement modifications (short or long glass fiber), and masterbatch for color or degradation purposes.
