Our new PET bottle cleaning line is designed to clean and process PET bottles efficiently and effectively, ensuring they can be recycled and reused in a sustainable way. The line includes a range of basic components such as bale openers, trommel screens, label removers, magnetic sorters, floating tanks, friction and thermal washers, dehydrators, label separators and optical sorters. Each component is engineered to provide optimal performance and reliability, resulting in a streamlined and comprehensive washing process.

Key Equipment Features
1. Bale Opener
Newly designed PET bottles bales opener with four shafts effectively opens the bales and conveys the separated bottles into the belt.
2. Label Remover
Effectively removes labels on pressed bottles (99% efficiency) and round bottles (90% efficiency).
3. Eddy Current Separator
Designed to separate copper, aluminum and other non-ferrous metals from the PET stream.
4. Magnetic Sorter
Specialized equipment to separate iron metals from PET bottles.
5. Color Sorter and Polymer Sorter
High-efficiency AI-powered color sorter to separate non-PET bottles. Capable of sorting by shape, size, and color. Includes polymer sorter for separating highly similar mixed PET/PP bottles.
6. Pre-washer
Uses water to remove external impurities and dust from bottles.
7. Hot Washing Machine
Heats water to 70-80°C using steam to wash flakes. Alkali can be added for intensive cleaning. Central shaft rotation provides frictional washing to effectively remove labels and glues from flakes.
8. High Speed Friction Washer
Positioned after the hot washing machine to remove softened glues and sticky residues. Operates at 1000rpm with internal blades for effective separation.
9. Floating Tank
Processes flakes after high-speed washing. Features thumb wheel rotation to move materials forward while ensuring proper flotation.
10. Dewatering Machine
Effectively removes water and sand to achieve moisture content of 1%. Operates at high rotation speed of approximately 2000 rpm.
11. Bottle Flakes Labels Separator
Specialized equipment to effectively remove crushed labels and dust mixed in bottle flakes.
12. Color Sorter for Flakes
Optional color sorter can be added at the end of the line to separate flakes by color.
