The hot washing process efficiently dissolves and emulsifies stubborn organic residues (sugars, fats, proteins) from beverage containers that cold water washing cannot remove, using hot water combined with specialized cleaning agents.
Removal of Labels and Adhesives
The system softens and shrinks label materials (PVC, PE, or paper) while breaking down adhesive bonds. This prevents glue residues from contaminating PET material during subsequent processing stages.
Sterilization and Disinfection
Operating at 70°C to 85°C, the hot washing process effectively eliminates bacteria and microorganisms, meeting stringent hygiene standards for food-grade and high-quality recycled materials.
