Squeezer dryer for PPPE film, the PP woven bags

As a machine to dry the washed PPPE film and the PP woven bags, it provides great advantages to solve the moisture problem of cleaning materials.

The final moisture could reach 3-5% stably.

Application:

PP PE film, such as agricultural film, greenhouse film, post-consumer plastic film, PE household waste film, PP woven bag cleaning and drying at the end of the plastic films and bags washing line, etc.

Structure:

It consists of motor, gearbox, screw, cylinder, heater and die mold, cutting device,wind transmission and material storage silo.

Principle:

Based on the principle of extrusion and dewatering, the rotating screw conveys and compresses the raw material toward the mold. The material is then cut into granules ranging from approximately 10–60 mm in length by a die-face pelletizer. The moisture content after extrusion is reduced to between 3–5%. After pelletizing, the material is pneumatically conveyed to a storage silo for further processing or final packaging. The end products are uniform, high-density pellets.
