PET flakes, PET fiber and PET yarn can be recycled by our plastic pelletizing machine. While after our double plate cutter compactor, single extruder machine with degassing, filtering system and underwater strand pelletizing machine, the final IV will be a little decrease.

1. Special designed cutter compactor. With two plates in cutter compactor effectively improve the effeciency and increase the flakes moisture removal.

2. Electric control the volume gate of the screw to the cutter compactor will make it more flexible for the PET flakes working.
3. It is with a blower and dust remover over the cutter compactor. With that equipment, it will remove large amount moisture and keeo the PET flakes dry.

4. Specialized Gearbox will make the stablization of the whole machine. Strong and robust gearbox will make the line stable and work fine.
5. Specialized screw design and vaccum degassing will make the PET flakes melt correctly and reduce the IV decrease.

6. Undewater strand pelletizing will make the pelletizing easy to maintain and control. The strands will automatically go to the pelletizer without stop and breaks.

Apart from the PET pelletizing line, we could offer the SSP system. It will help customer solve the IV decrease problem. Some customer want to reach the bottle degree. All the auxilliary part we can supply.

The SSP batch system could be put after our pelletizing system to process to increase the IV of the final PET chips. The capacity is customized and we could offer various capacity to choose to make it as a turkey project. Our mechanical and electric engineer will come for help installation. This system will help customers to enlarge the use of the PET chips and pellets. Then we could according to customer requirement to increase the IV through the SSP batch system. It has the advantage of small overall investment, flexible product adjustment.
