Working Process

Feeding & Pre-Treatment

HDPE flakes or rigid scraps are fed via conveyor belt or silo.

Metal detector & separator removes ferrous/non-ferrous contaminants.

Extrusion & Filtration

Single Extruder melts and homogenizes HDPE under controlled temperature.

Melt filtration (automatic screen changer) removes fine impurities for cleaner output.

Degassing system eliminates moisture and volatiles.

Final Output

High-purity HDPE pellets (3–5mm) with low moisture (<1%).
