Pulverizer machine for plastic recycling

Pulverizers are suitable for hard plastics, mainly polyethylene (PE) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC). PE, PP, PVC, ABS, PTFE and other hard plastic granulés or recycled flakes. They transform plastic waste granules or virgin granules into powder with a particle size up to 100μm. Pulverizers guarantee accurate output size and can work either in automatic or manual regime.

Pulverizer machine or plastic mills can process any kind of hard PE and PVC pellets, flakes or granules with its hard-metal friction discs. These machines are mainly used at the end of the plastic recycling process when plastic waste is already sorted, washed and crushed by shredder machines or crusher. The outside dimensions of the input material for a pulverzier should be no more than 8 mm for appropriate output quality. If you want to pulverize film or foil materials, you will have to transform it into a solid material first. This can be done by adding a simple agglomerator to the recycling equipment.
