Newly design PET bottles bales opener. Four shaft effectively open the bales and convey the separated bottles into the belt. It can effectively break the bottle bales. Easy to work.

Effectively remove the labels on the pressed bottles 99% and labels on the round bottles 90%. The labels will be collected in a bag.

To separate the copper and aluminum etc non iron metals.

To separate the irons metal in the PET botttles.

We could offer the high efficient and qualified color sorter to separate the non pet bottles. It adopt the AI sorter, could separate according to the shape, size and color etc. Also it can separate the highly similar mixed PET PP bottle by the polymer sorter. The colors sorters made in China works well.

With adding the water to remove the outside imputy and dust.

It will add the steam and make the water to 70-80Celsuis to wash the flakes. You could add some alkali to make the wash intensively. With shaft rotation in the center to frictionly wash, it will effectively remove the labels and glues stick on the flakes.

The high speed friction washing used to put after the hot washing machine. After the hot wash, the remains glues and sticks are soft and easy to remove. With the 1000rpm friction washing and baldes inside of the machine, it can be easily separated.

After the high speed washing, the flakes could go the floating tank. With Thumb wheel rotation, the materials will go forward and floating well.

It can effectively remove water and sand to reach moisture 1%. The rotation speed is high about 2000 rpm.

Effectively remove the crushed labels and dust mixed in the bottles flakes.

At the end of the line we could add the color sorter to separate the colors.The color sorters made in China we adopt the high quality and famouse brand. It work well on the plastic polymer sorting and color sorting.
