The plastic granulator series is suitable for cold strand pelletizing of various thermoplastic general engineering plastics and modified engineering plastics, such as ABS, PA, PBT, PC, PE, PET, POM, PP, PPS, PS, PVC, SAN, etc. This plastic granulator or grinders includes pelletizing of extruded strands of glass fiber-reinforced and inorganic-filled thermoplastics. These plastic granulator machines can be used in conjunction with various medium and small single-screw and twin-screw extruders. The extruded strands are cooled in a water bath, then further cooled via a conveyor belt, air knife, or air duct before entering the pelletizer feed inlet. The traction rollers force the strands between the fixed and movable blades to be pelletized.
