HDPE series Recycle Washing Line is designed for recycling daily-use plastic products. Through grading or shredding, crushing, and washing, clean and reusable materials can be obtained for downstream use. The raw materials that can be processed by this system are HDPE/PP bottles and utensils, HDPE/PP barrels and boxes, and HDPE/PP daily-use rigid plastics.
In most recycling operations, the color of recycled HDPE often turns out olive green or grass green. This is particularly noticeable when recycling HDPE materials from milk bottles, as the inclusion of typical green and red milk bottle caps influences the color of the final product. Given that bottle caps are also made of HDPE, they cannot be easily separated through flotation processes, presenting a unique challenge in the recycling process.
