Application of the squeezer dryer:
Used in the PP,HDPE and LLPE film, such as agricultural film, greenhouse film, post-consumer plastic film, PE household waste film, PP woven bag cleaning and drying, etc.
Structure of the squeezer dryer:
It includes: motor, gearbox, screw, cylinder, heater and die mold, cutting device,wind transmission and material storage silo.
Principle of the squeezer dryer:
It uses the principle of extrusion dehydration. The rotating screw to push and squeeze the raw material to the die mould , and cut the material into about 10-60mm through the die mold and pellet cutting device. The moisture content after extrusion is within 3-5%. After pelletizing it will be blown into the material storage silo for extrude pelletizing. The final products will be the regular pellets.
