Novelty PET Flake Plastic Pelletizing Machine With SSP System

 

PET bottle flakes granulator is a device used to reprocess discarded PET (polyethylene terephthalate) bottle flakes. It converts discarded PET bottle flakes into reusable particles through multiple steps such as crushing, cleaning, drying and granulation. These particles can be used to produce new PET products, improve resource utilization and reduce environmental pollution.

 

Our state-of-the-art PET fiber and flake recycling lines, equipped with SSP systems, are specifically designed to enhance the viscosity of the final pellets, resulting in improved product quality. These pellets can achieve PET fiber standards. By leveraging cutting-edge technology, we have developed a system that guarantees exceptional performance and efficiency.

 

Working Flow:

Belt Conveyor - Shredding Compactor (side feeding screw)  -CT110/28 Single Screw Extruder -Double column hydraulic screen changer -melt pump-Knitting  Changer- Underwater cutting system-Centrifugal dewatering system-wind transferring system- storage silo - automatic package system
