One of the most significant achievements of this project is its strict compliance with NR12 (Norma Regulamentadora 12), the rigorous Brazilian machinery safety regulation.
To ensure absolute safety for operators and seamless integration into the client's local facility, our engineering team upgraded the entire line with advanced safety features, including:

Enclosed Safety Guarding: Full physical barriers around all moving parts, cutters, and high-temperature zones to prevent accidental contact.

Dual-Channel Safety Interlocks: Smart sensors on all maintenance doors that instantly shut down the system if opened during operation.

Emergency Stop System: Strategically placed E-stop buttons and safety relays that cut off power immediately in an emergency.

NR12 Compliant Control Cabinet: A fully upgraded electrical system featuring famous brand of PLC, high-standard safety controllers, and clear visual/audio warning indicators, programming to implement client's MES/ESMI control of production, OEE, safety if necessary.
High-Performance Engineering: From Rigid Waste to Premium White Pellets
The video captured during our final testing phase shows the robust SJ200 Two-Stage Extrusion System processing rigid HDPE waste smoothly at a stable output of 1200 kg/h.
Thanks to our cutting-edge melt filtration and continuous degassing technology, the system effectively removes volatiles and impurities, producing uniform, high-density white plastic pellets. These premium granules possess excellent physical properties, ready to be directly reused for high-end blowing moulding or pipe extrusion.
