Washed PE LDPE HDPE strech, mulch or agriculture film recycle washing plant used plastic squeezer to dry washed film within 3% to 5% water content

 

working principle, through screw compressed force and centrifugal force, the washed scrap get dried by plastic squeezer with output densify flake.

 

One huge screw embed in the squeezer. with screw rotating, material gets pushed forward and get compress by screw. at this time, the water go out from the filter by centrifugal force. after that, with the heat from waste material friction, material will be heated into semi-melting.
