PP pellets washing line
The line is to Colombia. It is to wash and clean and dry the PP pellets. The pellets has poluted by dust and some other impurity.
Firstly we use the vibration to separate the dust and other big impurity. Then screw transfer to the floating tank to sink wash. The heavy impurity like the stones and PET etc will sink, also the dust will washed out. Then the pellets go to the dewatering machine for dry. After drying it will be wind transfered to packing silo.
