We are proud to introduce our latest innovation in plastic recycling: a fully automated, intelligent washing line designed specifically for PP woven bags and PE films, with an impressive processing capacity of 1.5 to 2 tons per hour—significantly surpassing the traditional 1-ton/hour limit.

This state-of-the-art line is built for efficiency, durability, and minimal maintenance, featuring centralized control via a PLC and touchscreen HMI. For enhanced operational flexibility and ease of service, the dewatering extruders are equipped with their own independent electrical cabinets.

1. Robust Feeding & Primary Shredding: The process begins with a sturdy metal chain conveyor, capable of handling large bales of film. Material is then fed into a high-power pre-shredder equipped with a hydraulic system and custom-designed shafts for high torque, effectively tearing apart the plastic and preparing it for downstream cleaning.

2.Multi-Stage Cleaning & Purification:

• • Screening & Sorting: Shredded material passes through a trommel screen to remove sand, dust, stones, and other contaminants. This is followed by a manual sorting belt for precise removal of additional impurities

    • Metal Removal & Desanding: An overband magnetic separator extracts ferrous metals. The material then enters a dedicated desander to eliminate residual sand and soil.

    • Size Reduction & Washing: A secondary shredder/crusher ensures optimal flake size. The core washing sequence involves horizontal friction washing, high-speed friction washing, and a rinsing tank, followed by additional friction wash and a second rinse for exceptional cleanliness.

3.Efficient Dewatering & Output: The cleaned flakes are split and conveyed via dual screw conveyors to two high-performance dewatering extruders, ensuring low moisture content in the final output.
