Case Study: Product ML85

The customer requested the recycling of thin PE roll film, with a production requirement of 200-250 kg per hour.

To handle the size and length of the roll film, we first used a shredder to break it down into smaller pieces. The shredded material was then fed into our ML85 pelletizing system.

The ML85 is a single-screw pelletizing machine, equipped with a compactor to densify the material before it enters the extruder. The pelletizer includes a screen changer, and the large-area filter screen design helps reduce screen replacement time. The pellets are then processed through a water ring cutter, dewaterer, separator, and finally stored in a silo.

Due to space limitations at the customer’s facility, we made modifications and adjustments to the machine layout, successfully fitting the system into the available area while meeting production needs. After trial runs, the system achieved the customer’s required output and performance.
